Lydia Östberg Diakité is an Ivorian-Swedish dancer, choreographer and workers union organizer based in Copenhagen. They have been working with many variations of practicing and making dance, performing, activism, community building- and creating together with/ shout out too i.a Bambam Frost, Sonya Lindfors, Tamara Alegre, Cassie Augusta Jørgensen, Cèlia Lutangu, Stina Nyberg, Justin F Kennedy, My Wild Flag, POSSE -dancing and reading group. They are working with an intersectional feminist approach and are practising how to decolonize the production of art while living in “western” society.
